Mahmud Asrar grew up in Ankara, Turkey with the passion to draw comic books which led to a university education in Graphic Design and Animation. After graduation he pursued a career in comics and has since worked for most major publishers along the lines of Marvel, DC, Dark Horse, Image and others. Some of his more notable works include co-creating and drawing Dynamo 5, Star Wars Jedi: The Dark Side, Adventure Comics: The Atom, Supergirl, Indestructible Hulk, Wolverine And The X-Men and All-New X-Men. He is currently working for Marvel exclusively, branded as one of the All-New Young Guns and is one of the ongoing artists for All-New All-Different Avengers. Asrar currently resides in Vienna, Austria with his wife and son.
