How to Order Original Comic Art

Ordering

Placing an order with us is very easy. Simply send an email through the CONTACT link at the top of the page detailing the artwork in which you wish to order and whether you are international or US-based.

Within 48 business hours, you will receive a message from us that we have received your request and have begun processing your order.

Once you have received confirmation of your order, sit back and relax! The item is reserved for you while we confirm availability in our inventory. We represent over 80 artists and collectively do hundreds of conventions each year. With so many moving parts, sometimes our inventory is prone to discrepancies. For your own courtesy, we will never invoice you for a piece unless it is 100% confirmed to be available.

Shipping & Handling

COVID-19 SHIPPING POLICIES:

Due to unprecedented delays in both domestic and international shipping, we have been forced to change our shipping rates and services, effective immediately:

Shipping & Handling for U.S. orders is a flat rate of $25.00 (sent via UPS Ground w/ Signature Confirmation). UPS Express (w/ Signature Confirmation) is also offered for $35.00 upon request

For all other countries, shipping is a flat rate of $40 (sent via UPS Standard International, 2-8 business days). Expedited International shipping options are also available: UPS Expedited ($65), UPS Air ($100), and FedEx Express International ($150) upon request

Please note that for unusually large or difficult to ship items (such as paintings), higher shipping costs will apply; please contact us for details. Upgrades/changes of all shipping services is available by request.

All orders will ship within five business days of receiving payment.

Payment

Once we have received your request and notified you of availability, we will invoice you to complete payment and finalize your purchase. This invoice will come via email and be processed through Paypal.

Paypal allows various forms of payments on these invoices:

  1. Credit Card
  2. Paypal Balance.
  3. Checking Account (Linked to your Paypal Account)
  4. Paypal Credit Card (No Interest Financing.) This is a great option for eligible customers and a line of credit we highly recommend if looking for a finance plan on a purchase over $150.

While most of our payment collection is streamlined through an invoice, there may be certain situations where you need to pay our PayPal address directly. Payment can be sent to CadenceComicArt@gmail.com - to avoid spelling errors, we recommend copying and pasting this directly.

In addition to PayPal invoices, we can receive money through Zelle and Venmo. Details for those payment options are available by request. We also accept physical, US Postal Money Orders that can be sent to:
